  1. Right Choice Academy is a charity associated with providing experiences. As part of our booking process, we will need to collate some personal information. This will be provided by the customer and may include:

    • Some medical information essential to the experience.
  2. All data collated which pertains to under 18’s and vulnerable adults is subject to our safeguarding policy which mean we will keep it secure.
  3. We will not store any financial payment information on our own systems. This is defined as debit, credit and bank account details. Any financial information will only be handled by large 3rd party payment gateways and is secure.
